FIDM Fashion Show

I talked about my school here on the blog about me being the vice president of my school's FIDM Fashion Club. FIDM stands for Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising for the ones who dont know. Well, on March 17 FIDM fashion club members at my school got the chance to see the fashion show designed by fashion designer students at FIDM. All the collections were beyond amazing and I love every piece of the collections designed by the students. I had so much fun with my friends and cant wait to go see the show again next year. I hope to someday attend FIDM after graduating highschool and I dream to someday show a collection of mine for the Debut Fashion Show.
Here's some of the pictures I took, enjoy!

Designer:Hualei SunNick Verreos from Project Runway, a former student at FIDM and now an instructor at FIDM. Here with a model wearing a dress from his latest collection.
Designer: Hannah Childs
Designer:Paul Hernandez
This is my sister and I. I wasnt able to get a picture of my self and my outfit since it was hectic there and people were just everywhere and I was too busy taking pictures of everybody else. So I will just post my outfiit on another post. BTW, the dress Im wearing was selfmade.

Aww this is incredible! I went to FIDM then transferred to New York after graduating. I'm very impressed by the collections and happy to see such talent coming out my former school :)

That is so awesome to see that you and your fashion club members attended this year's FIDM Debut show! I personally love watching the show and it's a great time for fellow fashion lovers and potential FIDM students to get a taste of what it's like to be a FIDM student! Do you have an adviser from FIDM helping you with your admissions plan? You would be way ahead of the curve if you start now while you're in high school. Good luck with your fashion designing career!
